This Company Application is filed by the applicant under Section 457 (1) (e) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 9 and 11(b) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 with the following prayer:- "i) peruse and take on record the valuation report submitted by the valuer viz., M/s.K.Dhanapathi Rao & Valuers Pvt. Ltd., ii) permit the Official Liquidator to obtain a copy of the valuation report from the Registry for Official Liquidator's records and for fixing the upset value to be mentioned in the sale notice. iii) permit the Official Liquidator to file necessary application to seek permission for sale of the assets i.e., Land and Buildings/sheds and Plant & Machinery at Plot No.140, Miyapur, Bollaram Village, Narsapur Taluk, Medak District."

In view of the orders passed today in Company Application No.378 of 2017 in R.C.C.No.1 of 2012, this Company Application is closed.
