Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition the respondents have stopped laying constructions in the subject area.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him, if any cause of action arises in future. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
