THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28937 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner herein submitted representations on 17.07.2017 and 11.08.2017 to the second respondent-Director of Mines & Geology but no action has been taken so far. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel to direct the second respondent to consider the representations, dated 17.07.2017 and 11.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representations would be verified and appropriate action would be taken as per law. For the aforesaid reason, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent-Director of Mines & Geology to take appropriate action on the representations, dated 17.07.2017 and 11.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the

petitioner herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
