This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.2, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.132 of 2015 of Pathikonda Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner is that with the help of the petitioner, son of the petitioner killed his own daughter aged 7 days. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.2 at this stage.
