ORDER:
Petitioner states that when his own patta land in an extent of Ac.1.06 cents in Sy.No.19/2 of Singavaram village, Denduluru Mandal, West Godavari District is proposed to be alienated by him, the registering authority insisted upon him to produce No Objection Certificate. Hence, the petitioner approached the Revenue Divisional Officer, Eluru, by making application. On the said application dated 16.02.2015, the RDO directed the Tahsildar under Roc.No.946/2014 to examine and send a report after due enquiry. Petitioner complains that, thereafter, no further proceedings are taken up and no report has been sent by the fourth respondent to the third respondent.
2. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that the aforesaid land is found to be 'Sharathu Gala Patta' and that in the absence of clear cut instructions whether the registration of such lands is permitted, the fourth respondent has sent a report to the third respondent for clarification. The said report is now stated to be pending with the third respondent.
3. In view of that, it is appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the aforesaid report of the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner, referred to above, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ VILAS V.
