THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.106 of 2017 ORDER: (FOR BEING MENTIONED) The order dated 28.3.2017 dismissing the Transfer CMP No.106 of 2017 is recalled.

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1202 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Nirmal, Adilabad District. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
