HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5809 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 08.08.2017 passed in O.A.No.3783 of 2014, whereby application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed.

As we do not find any illegality and perversity in the order passed by the learned Tribunal, we are not inclined to interfere with the same. However, petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh resignation if so advised and the same shall be considered by the respondents and decided as per law within four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh resignation to be submitted by the petitioner.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, stand closed.
