The petitioner herein is challenging the orders passed by the Project Director on 10.12.2013, placing him under suspension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would urge that nothing has been done thereafter by the respondents by way of conducting a detailed inquiry in the presence of the petitioner, whereas Sri M.S.R. The Project Director is directed to finalize the proceedings and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of. ----------------------------------------- NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J 9th April 2015 ksld
