Sri M. Karuna Sagar, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that the cause in the Transfer Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Transfer Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
