This criminal Revision case is fired under sections 397 and 401 of the code of criminal Procedure,- r973 (for short 'cr.p.c.) by the revision petitioner, to set aside the o/der dated 17.11.2017 in Crl.M.p.No.g43 of 20L7 in Crl.M.P.No.39 of 2017 in M.C.No.257 of 2016 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

The petitioner has filed an application under Section 126(2) of Cr.P.C. vide Crl.M.P.No.843 of 2Ol7 to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.39 of 2017 dated 25.04.2017 and the learned Family court Judge, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, has dismissed the said application on the ground that after issuing due notice to the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.39 of 2017 , order dated 25.04.2017 was passed. 4.

Considering the above circumstances, I find that there is no infirmity in the order dated 17.11.2017 passed by the learned Family court Judge and the present Criminar Revision case is liable to be dismissed.
