RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner on Bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.1 1 0 of 2020, on the file of Narsingi Police Station, by granting Anticipatory Bail, The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI P S P SURESH KUMAR Advocate for the Petitioners and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, '1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-3 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.110 of 2020 ot P.S. Narsingi, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 342,392 and 225 read with Section 114 of the lndian Penal Code. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/A-3, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A-3 would submit that the allegations of the prosecution are not correct and the petitioner/A-3 is falsely implicated in this case. lt is further submitted that the petitioner/A-3 is a student studying B.Com. 3'd year in H.l.l.T.M.S., Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The petitioner/A-3 is ready to furnish sureties as required and is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the peculiar conditions of pandemic COVID-I9 prevailing in the country, without delving into the merits of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-3.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly allowed and the petitioner/A-3 is granted anticipatory bail subject to the following terms and conditions:

(1) The petitioner/A-3 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, P.S. Narsingi, Cyberabad, within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of this order and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/A-3 on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction.

(2) The petitioner/A-3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the lnvestigating Officer in investigating the case.
