THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3978 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in trying to open a rowdy-sheet against the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that there is no proposal to open a rowdy-sheet against the petitioners and the police never interfered with their personal life. However, it is stated that Crime No.86 of 2016 was registered by the Station House Officer, Ramakuppam Police Station, Chittoor District against the petitioners and the same is under investigation.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
