THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRP.No.562 of 2O2l ORDER:

This Revision has been filed challenging the inaction of the Hon'ble Minister for Tribal Welfare, Government of Telangana, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad in not disposing of RP.No.2603 of 2018 pending on his file.

The said Revision had been filed under Section 6 of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation, 1959 challenging an order dt.03.03.2018 made in CMA.No.2O of 2016 by the Additional Agent to the Government & Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Authority, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

Though the said revision had been filed on 30.04.2018, and more than three years have elapsed since its filing, it is unfortunate that the Honble Minister for Tribal Welfare, Government of Telangana, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad, has not been able to dispose of the said Revision. 4.

Therefore, the Hon'ble Minister for Tribal Welfare, Government of Telangana, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of the said RP.No.2603 of 2018 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this orcler.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
