THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1948 of 2016 ORDER:

On 10.06.2016 notice was ordered. Respondents 1 and 4 have received the notices. Respondents 2 and 3 have refused to receive the notices. Therefore, service is deemed to have been completed. More over, the respondents are the wife and children of the petitioner. The prayer is only for a limited direction.

In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.30 of 2012, after expediting the trial, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
