In this writ petition, the limited grievance of the petitioner is with respect to non-disposal of its applications, dated 03.09.2018 and 05.09.2018, by the respondent-Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal District, seeking permission for erection of a cell tower on the roof top of H.No.16-10-86/4 in Survey No.1431 of Ganapathi Nagar Colony, Fort Warangal Revenue Village, Shiva Nagar, Warangal, Telangana State, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.96, dated 05.08.2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the applications of the petitioner would be processed and necessary orders would be passed within four weeks. As the granting of permission for erection of cell towers is governed by G.O.Ms.No.96, dated 05.08.2015, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent to process the applications said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
