THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11890 of 2014 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.181 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nizamabad Rural Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 188 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of petition for discharge. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
