JUSTICE T.RAJANI Writ Petition (TR) No.5350 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Sri Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri D.Ramakrishna, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition contending that the A.P. Administrative Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to entertain a dispute where both the Public Service Commissions of the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are involved; and the applicant in O.A (petitioner in this Writ Petition) has filed another Writ Petition in W.P.No.22075 of 2017 which he wishes to prosecute. Permission as sought for is granted. The Writ Petition (TR) is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
