HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU IA.No.1 of 2018 And A.S.No.972 of 1993 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against order dated 19.03.1993 in OS.No.107 of 1981 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Eluru, West Godavari District.

IA.No.1 of 2018 is filed to pass a decree in the appeal in terms of the memorandum of compromise.

Both the counsels are present. The appellants and respondent are present. They have filed their Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity, which were counter signed by the respective counsel.

On enquiry, both the parties state that they have understood the terms and conditions of the compromise and they have signed the same. Signed copy of the agreement in Telugu dated 15.07.2018 along with a plan is filed. Translated copy is also annexed.

In view of the above, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the decree is passed in terms of the compromise. The copy of the compromise signed by the counsels and the parties shall form a part of the decree whenever the same is issued. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
