HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P. No. 1455 of 2017 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Guntur to dispose of I.A.No. 1568 of 2014 in O.A.No. 756 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present I.A. was filed in the year 2014 and almost three years have passed, however till date the I.A. has not been disposed of. The learned counsel further submits that he filed another I.A., which is not yet numbered, seeking to set aside the ex parte order and decree dated 20.09.2014 and unless I.A.No. 1568 of 2014 is disposed of the subsequent unnumbered I.A. would not come up for hearing. Keeping in view the grounds raised in this petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Guntur to dispose of I.A.No. 1568 of 2014 by giving both the parties an opportunity of hearing, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
