THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.13806 OF 2016 ORDER:

Since the investigation in Crime No.144 of 2016 on the file of Chinna Kodur Police Station, Medak District is completed and charge sheet is also filed and the same is registered as C.C.No.350 of 2016 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet Sri K.Nagendram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh application challenging the proceedings in C.C.No.350 of 2016 and requested to return the certified copies of the documents filed along with the petition.

Permission is accorded with liberty as sought for. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.

Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents filed along with the petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners under proper acknowledgment.
