THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14238 OF 2016 ORDER :

Petitioners' grievance is that pending consideration of petitioners' objections made on 28.01.2016 to the notice in form VI B issued under Section 15(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency under Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation Act and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013), the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land.

2. Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents states that the respondents will consider the petitioners' objections in accordance with law and will not dispossess the petitioners from the subject land till the objections filed by the petitioners are considered by the third respondent.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land till the objections filed by the petitioners on 28.01.2016 have been considered by the third respondent and the decision of the third respondent is communicated to the petitioners. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________________________________ JUSTICE M.S.
