HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7193 & 7194 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6290 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.4 of 2012 of Karimnagar Women Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323 & 506 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
