THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11899 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.4 in Crime No.113 of 2015 of Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to permit the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and file a bail application in view of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7956 of 2015 so far as accused Nos.1 to 3 are concerned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the trial Court and file a petition seeking bail. If the petitioner files a bail application, the trial Court is hereby directed to pass orders on the said petition on the same day in accordance with law by taking into consideration the orders passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.7956 of 2015 so far as the accused Nos.1 to 3 are concerned.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
