ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A3 submits that as the matter has been settled out of the Court, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and therefore, the criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
