THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI CONTEMPT CASE No.667 of 2o23 ORDER:
The Contempt Case is filed seeking punishment to the respondents under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, for violation and wilful disobedience in implementing the final orders of this Court dated 27.O9.2022 passed in W.P.No.36236 of 2022 and to pass such other order or orders.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Services-V has furnished a l copy of the proceedings dated 06.07.2023 in which the respondents have reviewed the suspension order in terms of G.O.Ms.No.86 dated 08.03.1994 ald have decided to continue the petitioner under suspension pending criminal case. The learned Government Pleader thus submitted that the orders of this Court have been complied with and the contempt case may be closed.

The direction of this Court is dated 27.09.2022 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders expeditiously. It is noticed that the respondents passed the order after nearly 1O months of passing of the order and therefore, this Court expresses its displeasure at the attitude of the
PMD,J C.C.No.557 of 2023 respondents in complying with the directions of this Court with inordinate delay 4.
The Contempt Case is accordingly closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
