WRIT PETITION No.32183 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not allotting students for admission into B.Sc. (Nursing) 4 year Course for the academic year 2012-13 to the two colleges of petitioner's society, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the students were not allotted to the institutions run by the petitioner society and the academic year for which the Writ Petition was filed has expired, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.No.41023 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
