Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri G.L.Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the 5th respondent. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the life, liberty and day-to-day activities of the petitioner in highhanded manner, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents not to interfere with the life, liberty and day-to-day activities of the petitioner except by following due process of law.

Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, denied the same and any action to be taken by the respondents will be in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 4 not to interfere with the life, liberty and day-to-day activities of the petitioner except in accordance

CPK,J WP_7274_2013 with law. If the respondents - police intend to summon the petitioner to the police station, the same shall be in accordance with law.
