Since the value of the present appeal is less than the monetary ceiling limit, as stipulated in Instruction bearing F.No.390/Misc./163/2010-JC/PE of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, dated 30.12.2016, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the questions of law are left open.
