ORDER:

Petitioner alleged to have filed complaint on 24.03.2019, and alleging that in spite of giving complaint of cognizable offence, crime is not registered, this writ petition is filed. 2.

From the postal acknowledgment filed at page no.14 of the writ petition paper book, it is seen that complaint was sent by registered post on 30.03.2019 at 20.50 PM, and the Writ Petition is drafted on 01.04.2019 and filed on 02.04.2019. Even before the complaint is received, petitioner cannot complain of nonregistration of crime and invoke extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court alleging non-registration of crime. It is nothing but abuse of process of Court. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
