I.A.No.1 of 2019 was filed by the applicant with the same prayer. Ms.Shyamala Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.Polisetti Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the applicant, reiterates this request in person. Mr.Venkata Rangadas Kanuri, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent firm, states that he has no objection. I.A.No.1 of 2019 is accordingly ordered. In consequence, Arbitration Application No.88 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed.
