THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7104 OF 2019 Date:08.04.2019 Between:

Shaik Meera Sabeb, S/o. Late Lal Saheb, aged about 55 years, Occ: Cultivation, R/o. Raghunathapalem Village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam District .. Petitioner And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.7104 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to have made a representation, dated 28.05.2018, for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. He alleges that along with the said representation, he also enclosed the filled in Form VI-A application. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

3.

On a perusal of the material on record, it is apparent that though the application in Form VI-A is filled up and enclosed to the representation, it was not submitted, as required, through Mee-Seva Centre. Further, the revenue authorities are not accepting such application in physical form. That being so, it cannot be said that the revenue authorities are deliberately not considering the request of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds warranting interference by this Court.

4.

Leaving it open to the petitioner to file appropriate application, as required, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is needless to observe that if such application is made by the petitioner, the competent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:08.04.2019 KH
