There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, even on 28.08.2019, 09.09.2019 and 24.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
