Mention is made at 10.30 a.m., to take up the writ petition out of turn for withdrawal of writ petition as transfers are now being taken up by the State Government and transfers are scheduled to be commenced from tomorrow onwards. Learned counsel for petitioner also informs the Court that counsel appearing for other side was also put on notice about the withdrawal of writ petition. As can be seen from the docket proceedings, no interim direction was granted by the Court. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
