The contempt case is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 28.06.2017 in WP MP No.25781 of 2017 in WP No.20970 of 2017.

2. The 5th respondent in the writ petition challenged the order dated 28.06.2017 in WA No.940 of 2017 and the order against which the contempt case is filed, has been modified.

3. In view of the changed circumstances, this court is of the view that disobedience complained is not canvassed by the petitioner. Hence, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this case shall stand dismissed in consequence.
