HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4701 of 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/defendant No.1 is directed against the order, dated 16.08.2012, of the learned X Additional Senior Civil Judge (F.T.C), City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.84 of 2012 in O.S.No.507 of 2008.

There is no representation for the petitioner/defendant No.1. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was dismissed on 01.06.2016. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
