HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7377 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of first respondent in not considering the statutory review appeal dated 9.12.2002 preferred against the order dated 25.10.2002 of the second respondent confirming the order dated 21.01.2002 of the fourth respondent, as arbitrary and illegal and to declare the charge sheet No.RMH/SF/1541/704/2005-03, dated 3.6.2002 issued by third respondent as arbitrary, malafide and without jurisdiction. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate for writ petitioner submitted that the sole writ petitioner is no more and cause is abated.

In view of the submission of learned advocate for writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
