THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1445 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 21.03.2009 in Crl.M.P.No.62 of 2007 in M.C.No.102 of 1995 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cumAdditional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file a petition under Section 127 Cr.P.C. before the appropriate Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
