THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.4905 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners have instituted O.S.No.88 of 2017 in the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, against unofficial respondents praying for permanent injunction in respect the subject property and the said suit is pending. In the said suit, the petitioners also filed an application vide I.A.No.88 of 2017 to restrain the respondents/defendants therein from interfering with the subject property. Since the said suit is pending consideration before the learned District Judge, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, it is open for the petitioners to move necessary application before the civil Court, if they are advised to do so.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 22nd MARCH, 2017.
