Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 6. 2.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though F-line application is made on 08.02.2019, for conducting of survey of land to an extent of Ac.10-02 guntas in Sy.No.457 of Beerole Village, Tirumalayapalem mandal, Khammam District, survey is not conducted. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government pleader agree for disposal of writ petition with a direction to the respondents to conduct survey, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Having regard to the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conduct survey of the above property by following the due process and after issuing notice to the neighbours in the area, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
