HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7109 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to prefer an appeal against the suspension order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal and pursue the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
