ORDER

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Smt Naseeb Afshan, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 and learned Government Pleader for Labour for respondent No.2. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner submitted a representation dated 13.11.2017 to the first respondent and the same is pending consideration. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for petitioner to direct the first respondent to verify the said representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to verify the representation dated 13.11.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
