O R D E R

This criminal petition was filed by A.2 in Crime No.151 of 2016 on the file of the Sultan Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad, to quash the proceedings therein under Section 482 CrPC.

While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that a charge-sheet had already been laid in relation to this crime on 14.09.2018 before the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and the Calendar Case number is awaited.

In the light of this development, this case, as framed, no longer survives for adjudication on merits.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner/A.2 to take appropriate measures, if he so chooses, in relation to the later development in the form of filing of a charge-sheet against him before the competent criminal Court.
