This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.97 of 2018 of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 306, 504 and 509 I.P.C. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed, P.R.C. number is given and on committal to the Court of Sessions, S.C.No.63 of 2019 was assigned.

Under these circumstances, the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 3 seek permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to agitate the lis, as per the governing law. 5 .

Granting liberty as sought for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
