ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the impugned order bearing Rc.No.2995/Progress/2013 dated 02.01.2014 issued by the 4th respondent addressed to the 5th respondent ordering to dispense with the services of the petitioners, without issuing any notice, as being illegal arbitrary, unilateral and contrary to the Proceedings No.F12/285/Fin/2007 dated 28.05.2009 issued by the 1st respondent and consequently set aside the same in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned."
At the hearing, Sri K.Mohan Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 29.10.2015, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.18977 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
