HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P Nos.10964, 10967 and 10979 of 2015 IN/ AND Crl.P. Nos.4309, 10212 and 6088 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

The Criminal Petitions i.e., 4309 of 2015 and 10212 of 2015 are filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 & 2, 3 to 9 respectively under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.77 of 2015 of III Town Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 34 IPC, which is outcome of report of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant.

2) The Criminal Petition No.6088 of 2015 is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 6, under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.248 of 2015 of I Town Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District registered for the offences 420, 468, 406 and 506 r/w 34 IPC, which is outcome of private complaint of 2nd respondent-de facto complainant. The accused No.3 in Crime No.248 of 2015 is de facto complainant in Crime No.77 of 2015, hence, all the three matters are clubbed together.

3) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petitions, respondent No.2-de facto complainant in Crime No.77 of 2015 and petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 9 and petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 6 and de facto complainant in Crime No.248 of 2015 are present and filed a joint memo in Crl.P.M.P. Nos.10964, 10967 and 10979 of 2015 with memorandum of compromise and affidavit of de facto complainant respectively stating that they have settled the matter out of the Court and thereby, sought for permission to compound the offences.

5) Having regard to the above, to sub-serve the ends of justice by invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, permission is accorded, the Crl.P.M.P. Nos. 10964, 10967 and 10979 of 2015 is ordered and the offences supra are

compounded.

6) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.77 of 2015 of III Town Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District and Crime No.248 of 2015 of I Town Police Station, Karimnagar, are hereby quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners/ accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

7) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these Criminal Petitions, shall stand closed.
