HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.534 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER:
Sri Bhaskar Poluri, Learned counsel for the appellant, filed a Memo dated 07.04.2018 seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal, and to that effect, the learned counsel, under the instructions of the appellant, has also addressed a letter dated 16.04.2018 to the Registry.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn at the admission stage itself. The aforesaid Memo and the letter shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stand dismissed as withdrawn.
