03.07.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application has been filed to relax the condition No.x imposed against the petitioners in bail order viz., "the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 2 shall report before the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, on every Sunday between 10.30 a.m., and 12 p.m., till filing of the final report", vide order dated 23.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2646 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners are residents of Chennai and they have been attending before the police station for nearly three months as per the directions of this Court dated 31.03.2023.

Further he submitted that continuously attending before the concerned police station causing trouble to the petitioners. Further, he stated that the offence alleged against the petitioners is 306 of IPC. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, presence of petitioners before the concerned police station is unwarranted.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the condition No.x in Crl.P.No.2646 of 2023 imposed by this Court, dated 23.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District, as and when police requires their attendance by proper summons.
