ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in selecting merit candidates belong to BC-B category against BC-B roster vacancies instead of selecting them against OC vacancies; selecting the candidates with lesser marks against OC vacancies; filling up roster point numbers 69 and 94 with BC-E category as per the orders of the Government in respect of selection to the post of Junior Plant Attendant notified and notification dated 5.1.2011, as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court by an order dated 20.08.2014 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner against the existing vacancy of Junior Plant Attendant, Kothagudem Thermal Power Station, Palavancha, Khammam.

Pursuant to the said direction, an order dated 27.09.2014 was passed. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.35829 of 2014.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
