This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order, dated 20.01.2017, in I.A.No.1657 of 2015 in O.P.No.1060 of 2015 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Mr. P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 27.7.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that after filing of this Civil Revision Petition, both parties have compromised the dispute outside the Court and that, his client has instructed him to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

At the hearing, Mr. S.Satish, learned counsel representing Mr. P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
