When the Second Appeal was listed on 02.07.2018, there was no representation for the appellants. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed to 09.07.2018 under the caption 'for orders'. On 09.07.2018, at request of the counsel for the appellants, the appeal was adjourned to 23.07.2018. On that day, as there was no representation for the appellants, the appeal was directed to be listed to today. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants. The appellant is not evincing any interest to pursue the appeal. The appeal is of the year 2001. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
